Ceramic tile mosaic, 10 'x 20', High School students, Marshfield, WI

Marilyn Lindstrom, resident artist, directed a mosaic with high school students in partnership with the school's art department. Over one hundred students, community members, and staff participated. The students developed the Dream statement, designed to the dream, the composition and color study. They learned tile nipping, tessellating, grouting, adhering and sealing the mosaic. The final piece was dedicated in a gifting celebration to the future students of Marshfield High School.
